Carol Ann Caccioppoli is a training and development professional with over 18 years of experience in both business and academics.  In her role as Vice President and Manager of a financial services firm, her team provided product, customer service, and leadership development skills training for the entire nationally and internationally based operations group.

Relevant Experience
Carol Ann has worked with senior management, line managers, and administrative personnel.  She was instrumental in designing and establishing an acclaimed mentor program for all new employees.  In addition to leadership training, Carol Ann has designed, coordinated, and implemented off-site conferences for over 500 managers and supervisors. 

In her role as training manager, Carol Ann has:

  • Positively impacted the Employee Opinion Tracking scores by over 10 percentage points in the areas of training and morale;
  • Managed the development of Product and Customer Service training that improved call center client survey scores by 7%;
  • Designed and delivered a “train-the-trainer” program to develop the Training Department, supervisors and managers with on-the-job training that improved productivity. 

Carol Ann has trained and coached brokers, traders, investment bankers, and brokerage branch managers on Inter-personnel skills, Leadership, Ethics, and Sexual Harassment.
